8 Mystery Kegel Patterns

Oil Ratio: 1.25:1 - 3.50:1

Pattern Cycle

Each pattern lasts two weeks and will follow the cycle below:

Week 1: Bowl Blind

For the first week, you'll challenge the pattern without knowing its name. Test your adaptability and ability to read the pattern.

Week 2: Pattern Revealed

For the second week on the same pattern, the pattern name will be revealed. Adjust your strategy with this knowledge.
