Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how to request deletion of personal information associated with Pinpoint, including information connected to Facebook Login.
Request deletion
To request deletion of your Pinpoint account or personal information, email privacy@pinpointbowl.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
Include the email address used for your Pinpoint account and, if your request relates to Facebook Login, include the email address used with Facebook or your app-scoped Facebook user ID if available.
What happens next
We may need to verify your identity before deleting account data. After verification, we will delete or de-identify personal information we are no longer required to keep.
Some registration, payment, security, tax, fraud-prevention, legal, or operational records may be retained where required or permitted by law.
